What is Print-on-Demand?
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which is a fulfillment process that prints and ships products only after an order has been placed. This model allows the order to be fulfilled directly by the print provider, which eliminates the need for VCDC to manage orders and store extra merchandise. (Yay!)
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping ranges from $3-5+ per item. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase goes through, along with tracking details once the item ships.
Printify's Return Policy
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. This means there are no returns if the wrong size or color is ordered. VCDC has sample sizes available to try on so you can order the correct size.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Report the issue to the email indicated in your order confirmation email. There is no need to return the damaged product, just include a clear photo of the item in your email.
